Returns & exchanges
Free returns within 60 days on all unworn pieces with original tags. Exchanges are processed the moment your parcel arrives back at our studio.
How to return
- Start your return at elan.com/returns-portal using your order number.
- Print the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any Royal Mail or DPD point.
- You'll receive a refund confirmation within 5 working days of receipt.
Conditions
- Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Hygiene seals on bras and grip socks must be intact.
- Sale items can be returned for store credit only.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Choose "exchange" in the returns portal and we'll dispatch your new piece the day your return reaches us — no second shipping charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks process the credit within 3–5 working days of receiving our confirmation.
